The registration of MIGHTY TWO OF NINENTY-MTON has been done dated 10/12/15 at, 10-Deepak Colony, Ballupur Road Dehradun by the under signed person for the fulfillment of the following objectives: The members unanimously requested Mr. Sandeep kumar Gupta(President) to take the chair and declare the meeting open.

Our Mission & Vission:-

1. To help and support our retired Naval batch mates/fraternity under distress.
2. To promote the sense of unity and brotherhood among the retired Naval personnel/batch mates.
3. To help and support wards of retired Naval personnel/bath mates to continue their education
4. To help and support seriously ill retired Naval personnel
5. To provide financial support to widows and wards of retired Naval personnel
6. To organize get together at least once in a year among the existing members including their families in the different parts of the country

RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. The membership of the association shall be open to all those candidates of INDIAN NAVY of 02/90 batch mates.


2. Any such person, as mentioned above, may apply for membership of the association on the prescribed membership form and his membership shall commence from the date of acceptance of his membership by the governing from time to time.


3. Patrons and Honorary Members may be nominated from the old members who have distinguished themselves in any field of work or play.


4. Any other category of members may be formed as decided by the governing body subject to rectification by the general body.


5. The governing body of the association is empowered to remove from membership any member who in its sole discretion is found working against the interest of the association. The decision of the governing body shall be final.


6. In case of any decision to be taken by the MTON, the voting will be carried out among the existing members of the society, in case of tie, the prisiders can use his voting right to solve the matter


7. The fee is decided as follows:-
1. Life time membership fee Rs. 1,000/-
2. Monthly subscription Rs. 290/- p.m. (compulsory) (In case of any member wants to contribute more,they are most welcome to do so.)

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

A member of the society shall cease to be its member if:-

1. He resigns
2. He dies
3. He becomes of unsound mind.
4. He fails to remit his dues.
5. He is removed by resolution of the society by two-thired of the members of the general body of the society, present & voting.
