RULES AND REGULATION
OF
“MIGHTY TWO OF NINENTY SOCIETY –MTON”

1. NAMEOF THE ASSOCIATION: MIGHTY TWO OF NINENTY-MTON


2. ADDRESS: The Registered office of the Association shall be situated at 10-Deeplok Colony, Ballupur Road, Dehradun-248001(U.A.)


3. AREA OF OPERATION & JURISDICTION: UTTARAKHAND STATE


4. In these rules unless their by anything in the context repugnant thereto or inconsistent ther with:

1. The society means “MIGHTY TWO OF NINENTY-MTON”


2. ‘Govering body’ means the body, which under these rules and regulation is constituted to be the governing Body of the Society.


3. 'President’ means the President of the Society.


4. ‘Treasurer’ means the Treasurer of the Society.


5. ‘Secretary’means the Secretary of the Society.


6. ‘Registrar’ means the Registrar of Firms, Societies and Chits, Uttranchal.


7. ‘Act’ means the Societies Registration Act 1860.


8. ‘month’ means the Calender month.

Words imparting the singular number shall be deemed to include the plural and words, imparting masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine gender and vice versa.
